SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from our warehouse in Devon, UK, using FedEx and DPD for our standard parcel deliveries.

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders placed before 10am will normally be dispatched the same working day. While we always do our best to dispatch promptly, same-day dispatch and next-day delivery are not guaranteed services and can be affected by courier networks and other circumstances outside our control.

Please note: If nobody will be available to receive your delivery, please provide a designated safe place or alternative delivery instruction when placing your order.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • UK Mainland: Standard ground delivery is normally 1–2 working days from dispatch. This is not a guaranteed next-day service. First orders in the UK have a minimum order value of £100; there is no minimum order value after your first order.
  • Ireland: Delivery is normally 3+ working days from dispatch.
  • International: Delivery is normally 3+ working days. International shipping is quoted individually according to the size, weight and destination of the order. International orders have a minimum order value of £150.
  • Collection: Orders can also be collected from our Devon warehouse by prior arrangement, or you can arrange your own freight forwarder.

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING COSTS

Standard UK Mainland parcel delivery is £11.50 + VAT for an order requiring one box. Where an order requires two or more boxes, shipping is charged at £10 + VAT per box — for example, two boxes cost £20 + VAT and three boxes cost £30 + VAT.

As a general guide, a box can typically hold around 60 x 16″ plush skins or around 120 x 16″ outfits, although this varies depending on the products and their size.

Shipping prices and delivery estimates above exclude larger items such as display stands, display fixtures and stuffing machines. Please contact us for a delivery quotation for these items.
